Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, assembly, and adjustment of production machines according to technical drawings, SOPs, and company quality standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, machine manuals, and material specifications during installation and assembly processes.
- Support the development, modification, or performance improvement of production machinery, especially heavy-duty and hot-process equipment.
- Making weekly report & PICA
- Able to organize and manage manpowe (operators)
Persyaratan
- Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mechanical Installer/Assembler in the automotive manufacturing industry or related fields
- Experience in machine installation and assembly
- Understanding of mechanical and material principles
- Familiar with the development of heavy-duty and hot-process production machinery
- Experience in machine repair is a plus
- Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team and collaborate across departments
- Willing to be placed in Gresik area
