Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee manufacturing management systems
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity
- Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Plan, execute, and manage projects related to manufacturing system upgrades, process improvements, or new system implementations
- Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on the use of management systems, processes, and best practices
- Offer technical support for issues related to manufacturing systems and processes
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Statistics or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or project management certifications can be advantageous
- Practical experience in automotive manufacturing, including roles related to production management, quality assurance, or process improvement
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, IATF 16949, and other quality management standards
- Ability to prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including process manuals, reports, and project plans
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, production team, and suppliers
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to automotive manufacturing
