Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production results whether it reaches production results or not to be follow up on the next shift
- Checking the types of urgent production results so that urgent production results can be completed first
- Carry out the division of work plans for foreman and operators in accordance with the machines used and production targets to achieve production targets
- Control the achievement of the Daily Production Plan compared to the Actual
- Controlling Labor Cost to reduce production cost
- Quickly identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and present production reports, including performance metrics, efficiency improvements, and any issues that may impact production schedules
Persyaratan
- Diploma Degree of Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Industrial Engineering or any relevant fields
- Min. 1 year experience as a Production Leader or similar role (fresh graduated are welcome to apply)
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage
- Knowledge of quality assurance and control practices to maintain product standards
- Strong decision-making skills, often under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Gresik area
