Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production need and perform improvement to ensure production targets are achieved
- Monitor and review the production process to identify issues
- Control and analyze production reject, NCR, and production loss
- Implement improvement programs to support company performance targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to enchange personal competencies.
- Provide recommendations to enhance production capacity, reduce operational costs, and improve overall productivity
Persyaratan
- Diploma Degree of Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Industrial Engineering or any relevant fields
- Min. 1 year experience as a Improvement Staff or similar role (fresh graduated are welcome to apply)
- Understands production processes, measuring tools, and able to read Drawings and Work Instructions (WI).
- Able to perform analysis, control, and development in production processes.
- Responsible on implementing 5R and K3
- Strong leadership, good communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and quick response.
- Willing to be placed in Gresik area
