Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and debug PLC programs for controlling machinery and processes
- Work on integrating PLC systems with HMI, SCADA systems, and other control systems
- Configure and calibrate PLCs and related hardware components to ensure proper operation
- Diagnose and resolve problems with PLC programs and hardware, including addressing unexpected behavior or failures
- Develop detailed documentation for PLC programs, system configurations, and maintenance procedures
- Provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on PLC systems and operations
- Identify opportunities for improving existing PLC systems and processes to enhance efficiency and performance
Persyaratan
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or a related field is typically preferred
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing company
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams
- Understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, and instrumentation
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and maintenance staff
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automation and control systems
