Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment according to the maintenance schedule
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in production equipment to minimize downtime
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety checks on equipment
- Identify and recommend improvements to equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance processes
- Work closely with the production team to ensure machinery is available and operating efficiently to meet production goals
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables. Coordinate with the purchasing department to order necessary supplies
Persyaratan
- Min Diploma Degree of Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing a variety of production machinery
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair related components
- Careful attention to detail when performing maintenance tasks to ensure quality and safety
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with production teams and report issues to supervisors
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially during breakdown situations
- Willing to be placed in Gresik area
